Maulik S. Zaveri, M.D., M.S.

Maulik S. Zaveri, MD MS is a comprehensive ophthalmologist with a special interest in cornea, external diseases, and refractive surgery. His areas of expertise include: refractive surgery, the management of corneal and external eye diseases, cataract surgery, and refractive surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the Cornea Society.Dr. Zaveri completed his B.S. and M.S. at Stanford University. He obtained his M.D. at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine. Following medical school, he completed his Ophthalmology residency at the University of Pennsylvania Scheie Eye Institute and a post-graduate fellowship in Cornea, External Disease and Refractive Surgery at Emory Eye Center. He has written for peer-reviewed journals and presented papers at annual meetings. Dr. Zaveri is also an established Indian Classical percussionist. He has performed extensively in the U.S. and abroad.
